Formerly the lead content writer for DGIT — the IT organization serving the UCLA Health schools of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing and Public Health — I managed copy projects for the web and other e-communications.
Among my projects was the creation and methodical organization of an exhaustive catalog of the hundred-plus services offered by DGIT’s 12 teams (e.g., Audiovisual, Enterprise Data, Network and Security), including thorough descriptions for every service.
I also assisted the David Geffen School of Medicine’s Research Safety Office with crafting copy for its website, including the Lab Coat Laundry program procedures, multiple resources and onboarding steps for new researchers, and other essential information.
