The Dailey Method Scottsdale

In January I began going to The Dailey Method Scottsdale studio about three times per week, and now, just 15 sessions later, I already get cranky on days my schedule doesn’t permit me to go.

I’ve long been a fan of being physically fit. On days I eat right and move around — even if it’s just a short walk — I feel good, and it sets a positive tone for the rest of my day.

Since making the transition to full-time freelancing in May 2010, I’ve been working out solo, exercising in my own home or in my neighborhood’s workout room about three to four times per week.
